1. Preparation
You should inspect the acrylic shower panels from their packages to ensure that they are complete and not damaged. If the panels are to be installed on existing tiles, any loose or broken tile should be removed, and if they are being mounted on painted walls, all loose paint should be removed. The surfaces where the panels are to be installed should also be cleaned thoroughly to remove any dirt.
2. Tools and materials needed
Some of the tools you will need for acrylic shower panel installation include a tape measure, pencil, spirit level, caulking gun, knife, screwdriver, electric drill, tin snips, gloves, safety glasses, saw, wall liner, masking tape, and construction adhesive.

Apply adhesive on the next surface where the panel shall rest. Position the side panel over the surface and apply adequate pressure to ensure the panel is properly fixed on the surface from bottom to top.

Drill the holes and ensure that each plumbing fixture protrudes via the panels when they are installed. Apply adhesive on the surface where the second acrylic shower panel shall rest and also on the panel itself. Position the panel correctly and apply adequate pressure to ensure it is properly secured from bottom to top. Trim excess acrylic shower panels using a knife. Apply a layer of caulking material at the joints between the panels and the bathtub.…
